Software License

1. License Grant

Vivina Solutions grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the ChitPro software exclusively for their authorized business operations.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, database structure, proprietary algorithms, and backend API services, remain exclusively with Vivina Solutions.

3. Restrictions

• The client may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• The software may not be resold, rented, or leased to third parties.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the software is strictly prohibited.
